The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i)-(x) The sheets are held with photo corners to their underlying supports. The sheets undulate slightly. There is minute bumping to a few of the corners. There are a few very fine hairline surface abrasions in places, most notably to the right half of (iv), upper right quadrant of (v) and upper left quadrants of (vi) and (ix), only visible under strong raking light and under close inspection. There is a pinpoint accretion to the upper left corner of (vii). There is a minute handling crease to the lower centre horizontal edge of (iv) and upper centre horizontal edge of (v), only visible under strong raking light. There is a faint line of retouching to the lower left quadrant of (iii), measuring approx. 1in. in length. There is a pinpoint loss to the upper left quadrant of (iii). Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
