One page, 283 x 216mm. On Harvard University letterhead, Department of Chemistry (couple of faint foxmarks).

Francis Crick and Maurice Wilkins are elected Fellows of the Royal Society: their first major public honor after the publication of the structure of DNA. In full: “It was very nice of you to send me your congratulations. How clever of them to get Maurice in at the same time—I hope he’s pleased about it. / The family are fine. Odile and I have just been to New Orleans and Gatlinsburg. We hope to pass through New York again in May.
