The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet.
- the red very slightly attenuated.
- a few unobtrusive rubbing marks in the area below the word Campbell's.
- soft creasing at the upper and lower left sheet corners.
- a small ink stain in the lower sheet on the reverse, not showing through on the front.
- a few areas of pale discolouration associated with old hinges on the reverse.
Otherwise in good condition.
