The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet.
- the diamond dust particularly thickly encrusted.
- the colours slight attenuated, particularly the green, except for a fillet at the sheet edges.
- some loose diamond dust and associated minor scratches in places in the lower subject near the edges, as is common with Royal Edition of this print.
- a tiny nick at the extreme upper sheet edge, at left, without ink loss.
- hinged with japan tape at three places at the upper sheet edge verso.
