In addition to the catalogue description: - the full sheet. - the artist’s signature partially obstructed by paper tape verso. - some light cockling across the sheet as is usual with this edition. - a crease in the subject’s hair above his left ear and an elliptical crease in his left cheek. - a few unobtrusive, fine scratches near the subject’s mouth. - some light rubbing underneath the subject’s chin (mainly visible in a raking light). - hinged with paper tape along the sheet edges verso at various places, the reverse therefore only partially examined. - two small areas of light-staining verso, over the artist’s signature and numbering. Otherwise as described and the printed surface in very good condition. Framed (with glass).
