The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to the catalogue description:
- with wide margins and a deckle edge above, the sheet edges slightly uneven on three sides.
- the sheet with very pale light-staining.
- a small, pale grey spot in the lower right corner.
- very pale mount-staining verso.
- areas of light skinning and pale brown staining from previous hinges at the upper corners verso, not showing recto.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
