The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- with wide margins, the right sheet edge slightly irregularly trimmed.
- the signature in felt-tip pen slightly faded, as is common with this print.
- a moisture stain in the lower margin at centre.
- the sheet toned with irregular staining at the sheet edges, including from hinges on the reverse.
- a few small, soft handling creases in places (mainly visible in a raking light).
- on the reverse, remains of brown tape and hinging tape at various points along the sheet edges.
