The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- with wide margins, and a deckle edge at left.
- the upper right sheet edge slightly trimmed.
- the colours slightly attenuated.
- the sheet with some pale light- and time staining, mainly near the sheet edges.
- some foxspots in the margins.
- dark backboard-staining verso, showing at the extreme sheet edges recto.
Otherwise as described and in generally good condition.
