- a scratch (50 x 35 mm.) in the lower area of the image, to the right of the telephone in the printed gold, with a smaller scuff at the upper right edge (10 mm.).
- with other minor and unobtrusive fine scratches in places, as is common with this work.
- with some yellow staining on the reverse near the edges, presumably from an adhesive, where adhered to the metal stretcher.
