The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with decke edges above and below.
- the sheet slightly toned, a little paler at the sheet edges in places due to paper hinges verso.
- some very minor handling marks in the left margin.
- some very pale scattered foxmarks in the upper margin.
- a very pale unobtrusive foxmark and a tiny, slightly abraded spot on either side of the lower central leg.
- some pale backboard staining, remains of white paper hinges and a few pencil inscriptions verso.
Otherwise as described and generally in very good condition.
