The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with deckle edges above and below.
- with light-staining.
- a band of foxing along the lower sheet edge and some occasional scattered foxing verso, faintly showing through recto.
- small areas of abrasion to the paper, associated with previous hinging, in the lower corners verso.
- hinged with paper tape in the upper two corners verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
