Lot Essay

In 1990, Audemars Piguet introduced the celebrated Dual-Time caliber, the first wristwatch powered by a single movement capable of displaying two time zones simultaneously. The watch is wound by the use of an oscillating weight with a 21 carat gold segment and is transmitted to the mainspring via a wheel train. There are 263 parts in total.
