Overall with some minor scuffs and scratches to the gold consistent with age and use, as noted the stem of a composite resin material, with some minor scratches, the amethysts with some sharper rough edges, as well as some minor scratches and 'nibbles' to the edges, some of the amethysts slightly loose, though secure, and with some visible glue residue from attaching, wobbles very slightly on a flat surface, good condition.
