In late 15th century style, the octafoil base lobed rising to a paneled stem and lobed reel-form body, chased overall with tracery and applied with curled foliage and crouching beasts, the openwork foliate rim forming a detachable crown and set with Baroque pearls, conforming cover with steeple finial rising from a crown, apparently unmarked
