Drawing inspiration from the legendary wines of Sauternes, the partners of Far Niente created Dolce as the only American winery dedicated in producing one late harvest wine. The wine is made with a blend of individually selected berries of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes to produce what they call “Liquid Gold from Napa Valley”
