RUSKIN, John (1819-1900). Lettre autographe signée. Sans lieu, ni date.

1 page in-12 (175 x 115 mm), sur un double feuillet de papier à filigrane "Joynson 1856".
Pliures anciennes.

Il évoque les travaux de Baxter "My dear Sir, Baxter’s book is only named because many families have it. Get any eighteen penny or half crown book with outlines of plants. There are literally hundreds of such at the railroad bookstalls and child’s book shops".

Autograph letter signed where Ruskin asks for some botanical books.
