The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work is sold framed.
Pen and India ink on wove paper. Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mount backing with archival tape. Lower and right edges lightly deckled. Faintly light stained and mount stained. Some further minor discolouration at the centre lower edge. A few pinpoints of foxing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.

Plume et encre de Chine sur papier vélin. Le revers de la feuille est maintenu par des charnières aux quatre coins sur un carton de montage. Les bords inférieur et droit sont légèrement non-ébarbés. Légère insolation et brunissement de la feuille. D'autres décolorations mineures au centre du bord inférieur. De rares minuscules piqûres. Sous réserve de ce qui précède et selon notre opinion, cette œuvre apparaît en très bonne condition générale.
