拍品的状况可能存在极大差异，而由于其性质使然，拍品难以处于完美无瑕的状态。拍品均以拍卖时的状况出售。

The canvas, stretcher and attachments are in generally good condition. There is paper tape along the turnover edges. There are craquelures, some slightly tenting, to the white passages. There are craquelures to the black and blue passages, predominantly in the upper right corner. There are some pinpoint paint losses along the extreme edges. There is a discoloured cosmetic retouching visible in the upper right quadrant. UV light reveals the aforementioned retouching, in addition to some small cosmetic retouchings in the corners.
