The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In sound condition and ready to place. With the expected scattered nicks, marks and scratches. Some deeper scuffs to the legs and the chair back that have darkened. With scattered age and construction cracks, including to the back rail. The upper back rail with a few small scattered patches to the veneer. The reverse of the chair back with visible joins at seams. The leather with scattered staining and wear, and with some holes to the corners on the end of the seat back. With sun fading to the leather resulting in slight variations in color.
