Overall in good condition and ready to place. The marble with scattered surface nicks and scratches, natural inclusions and veining, and minor 'nibbling' to edges. Previously re-gilt, the giltwood with some scattered chips, losses to carving and gilt surfaces revealing gesso, bole and bare wood in areas as to be expected with age. With typical minor signs of old wood worm, now inactive. The aprons to one long and one short side previously off and now reattached with associated glue residue, the apron to the long side now with further bracing to the back. All four legs lacking some small scroll elements to the lower section near the foot. Some further areas of restoration throughout. The top with three later planks added likely for stability and support of the marble.
