Launched in 2011 with the aim of creating timepieces able to withstand athletic lifestyles, the “lineSport” collection offers wristwatches made of ultralight resistant materials with highly sophisticated movements.
Originally made entirely of aluminum, F.P. Journe decided to use titanium as material of choice for the case and bracelet of wristwatches of the collection. Providing the same lightness benefits with increased strength and subtleness, the present wristwatch weighs a total of approximately 70 grams.
Retaining a movement made of aluminum, the timepiece offers complications such as the date, a power reserve for approximately 120 hours, day and night indication as well as small seconds.
