Rolex introduced the reference 6262 in the late 1960s with the updated caliber 727. It was one of the last chronograph references to be produced with push down buttons. It was available in stainless steel, 14k and 18k gold as well with the standard dial or the Paul Newman variety. This reference had a very short production run (from 1969-1970) and is among the rarest of the vintage Daytona references.
