拍品的状况可能存在极大差异，而由于其性质使然，拍品难以处于完美无瑕的状态。拍品均以拍卖时的状况出售。

The original dial is nice and clean, the indices with minor surface scratches, the luminous accents are well preserved, slightly worn at 4, 8 and 11 o’clock. Hands are clean with very slight surface wear. The luminous accents reacting to U.V light exposure but not glowing for a prolonged period of time. TAG Heuer confirms that the current timepiece has recently been restored in their workshops. They replaced the missing gold bezel, made a complete overhaul and re-engraved the case number, which was erased by a poorly welded bracelet.  Case back inside stamped with Heuer-Leonidas. Surface scratches below the lugs from removing the bracelet. Hallmark to the band slightly rubbed. The gold plated deployant clasp possibly later, stamped with stainless steel.The movement and functions are in working order at the time of cataloguing, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy
