The glossy dial is in original, unrestored condition, the well-preserved, slightly creamy luminous accents are intact. Featuring the typical characteristics of a rare so-called Type C dial with its unusual wide “SWISS T 25” printing across a total of five minute marking to the bottom of the dial. Due to their unique characteristics developed over time, glossy dials are among the most desirable and beautiful dials ever to be found in vintage Rolex timepieces, they are highly sought-after by collectors and were often replaced during services.
