The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The present lot is offered in good overall condition. The dial faces up nicely, however, under magnification crazing is visible to the opal. The hairlines of crazing are most noticeable from the center to the top edge through the “N” in Longines, and from the center through the bottom edge through the “s” in the Ys logo. The case is good with an old retail sticker still on the case back. The case does display wear, and light scratches. The bracelet is very good and is tight as well. The marks on the clasp are crisp. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
