Minor wear is to the corner tips. The collage elements undulate slightly. A hairline tear is to the paper collage element at the center left turning edge, and some of the paper collage elements are lifting slightly, all likely in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
