The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: fair. Shows heavy signs of use commensurate with age including abrasions and areas of discoloration to the metal. Black enamel with eye-visible abrasions, chips and areas of heavy loss. Powder compartment fitted with cream-colored net fabric with powder residue. Mirror with areas of decay along the edges. Lipstick holder with lipstick residue.
-Enamel: with eye-visible abrasions, chips and areas of heavy loss.
-Diamonds: I to J color, SI to I clarity. Some examples with chips. Few examples with epoxy and lipstick residue near the setting.
