The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to its underlying support in places to the extreme upper horizontal edge. All collage elements are present and adhere well to their underlying support. The right vertical edge and left vertical edge of the collage element are deckled. There is minor wear in places to the edges and minute bumping to the right vertical of the collage element, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There is minute discolouration to the extreme left and lower horizontal edges, not visible when mounted. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work is in generally very good condition.
