The sheet is hinged along the edges to the backing board and undulates slightly. A pinhole is visible to the center upper edge, presumably a vestige of the artist's working method. A minute puncture is visible to the center lower edge of the sheet. A hairline vertical abrasion is visible to the right side of the sheet. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
