- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, commensurate with age. Several abrasions throughout the gold from wear. Some lacks of gold and traces of oxidation. Fitted with concealed and secured clasp.
- Additional marks: unidentifiable maker's mark.
- Carnelian: in good condition. Rotating carved carnelian scarab with intaglio on its reverse. Some scratches at surface.
