The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Minor wear, slight rubbing and handling marks are to the corner-tips and extreme edges. A fine linear abrasion is near the upper left edge. Creasing and slight lifting is to some of the paper element scattered throughout, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. Drip marks are occasional, likely in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
