The work is structurally sound. There are a few pinpoint losses to the extreme right vertical edge of the artist's frame. There is some minor discolouration to the outer edges of the artist's frame. There is minor lifting to the extreme upper horizontal edge. When examined under ultraviolet light there appears to be no evidence of any retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
