The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Sheet floats freely. Faintly mat-stained and light-stained, consistent with the work's age. Artist's tack-holes to the four corners and at upper and lower center edges. Edges deckled. Faint flattened creases to the four corners. Some faint handling creases and scuff marks in places. A few pinpoints of foxing. No tears or restorations detected. The line is strong. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
