The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall, this box appears to be in good condition with only minor faults. The top left-hand corner of the cover has a very slight chip adjacent to the mount. There is a minute frit to the lower edge of the box at the back of the box which is extremely small and minor (and hardly visible). There are some very slight areas of wear to the glaze of the corners on the underside of the box.
