We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- In good overall condition
- There is expected wear visible to gilding to the nose, chin, chest, arm, hands and raised extremities
- There is a drilled hole in the proper left hand which most probably supported a medicine bowl
- There is a slight dent to the base of the lotus pedestal to one side and above an associated crack to the top of the lotus petal
- There are some minute nicks and surface scratches
- There are a few minute casting faults
- The base plate is missing
