The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. La feuille est fixée au revers à un support cartonné par des charnières le long du bord supérieur. La feuille a légèrement jauni. Les angles présentent de très légères usures. Quelques légères traces de frottement sont visibles à la périphérie de l’œuvre. Quelques très fines cassures du papier et de très petits points de piqûre sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support along the upper edge. The sheet has slightly yellowed. The corners present very slight wears. A few slight rubbings are visible to the periphery of the work. A few very fine paper creases and very small foxing marks are visible in places to the surface. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
