The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- several additions in grey wash on the head and body of the witch and the bodies of the putti.
- the sheet slightly cockled.
- the extreme tip of the lower left corner made up.
- a small pale orange stain at lower centre, mainly visible in transmitting light and verso.
