拍品專文

Isabella Rosselini (b.1952) is an Italian–American actress, filmmaker, author, philanthropist, and model. Following in the footsteps of her actress mother, Ingrid Bergman - Casablanca (1942) - and her father Roberto Rossellini, an italian neorealist film director praised by the  likes of André Bazin, François Truffaut, and Jean-Luc Godard…Isabella first made a name for herself in front of the camera as a model for the likes of Vogue and an actress in films such as David Lynch’s cult classic Blue Velvet (1986) and White Nights with Gregory Hines, Helen Mirren and close friend, Mikhail Baryshnikov.

Mikhail Baryshnikov (b.1948) is a Latvian-born Russian-American dancer, choreographer, and actor. After time in Canada following his move from the Kirov Ballet in Leningrad, Mikhail  moved the United States where he hoped to find more opportunity for creative expression. Dance lead Mikhail to drama and in 1977, he made his acting debut in The Turning Point. From this point on Mikhail’s career has been markedly multifaceted as an accomplished actor, artistic director and one of the greatest ballet dancers of the twentieth century.
