The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and is accompanied by a painted wooden base. Minor wear, faint discoloration, and tiny nicks are occasionally to the wooden base, most notably to the extreme edges and at the resting points. A light layer of surface dust is to the interior crevices. Spots of rubbing are occasional, and tiny spots of oxidation are infrequent. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
