- Overall condition good. Minor signs of wear. With retractable pin and clip fittings.
- Additional marks: 18Kt, 750, Made in Italy, Italian maker's mark 'star 2003 AL' (unidentified). DIAMOND ct 2.02, SAPPHIRE ct 27.05 referring to the carat weights of the stones.
- Amethysts: measure approximately 21.90 x 13.55 x 9.25 mm and 21.80 x 13.60 x 9.25 mm, with typical natural inclusions.
- Coloured sapphires: total stated weight 27.05 carats, with typical natural inclusions.
- Diamonds: total stated weight 2.02 carats.
