The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet
- the screenprinted surface in very good condition, with no apparent scuffs
- some elliptical handling indentations with associated very soft creases in the black (mainly visible in a raking light)
- a soft horizontal handling crease in the right margin at centre and a similar smaller crease in the left margin (mainly visible in a raking light)
- in the margins near the sheet edges, very faint black lines (offsetting from the mount)
- paper hinges on the reverse at the upper and lower sheet edges
