The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall a nice, pure thing. With a clean, complete well-maintained appearance, structurally sound and ready to use. With scattered age and construction cracks. Overall with general marks, nicks, surface scratches, tiny losses and repairs consistent with age and use; a small loss to one pointed end of one of the D-shaped dropleaves and another over one of the hinges; a crack over a second hinge. Some wear to the hinges and around moving parts, as to be expected with age. But in good working condition, very stable. Overall with evidence of minor woodworm damage, now inactive, to the underside. Old red wash to bearers. Some wax polish residue to the surface. Overall good condition, ready to place.
