The stretching appears to be original and both the stretcher and canvas are in very good condition. Both the ground and paint layer appear to be in very good condition, stable and well attached. There are no signs of restoration. The surface has remained unvarnished. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that this work appears to be in generally very good and original condition.
