This work has been restored. The canvas is lined. The surface is varnished. The only restorations identifiable under ultraviolet light are in the right side of the sky and in four dots above the setting sun. There do not appear to be any retouches within the vegetation or lake. The restoration seems to be very good, and the work should be hung as is.
