Sheet floats freely. Faintly light-stained, consistent with the work's age. Artist's tack-holes to the four corners. A few small nicks, short tears and minute paper losses to the extreme edges. Small expertly-repaired tears to the upper left corner and center upper edge and lower center edge. Small paper loss to the left corner. Faint horizontal stain to the upper right corner. Slight buckling of the sheet in places, inherent to the support. A few pinpoints of foxing in places. On the reverse: Remnants of previous hinges at the upper corners. Aforementioned expertly-repaired tear reinforced with Japan paper and archival tape. The line is strong. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
