The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The edges are very slightly deckled with faint discolouration. Creases are apparent on the surface, predominantly to the lower half of the sheet. Faint foxing and handling marks occasionally on the surface. Ink impression mark to the lower right corner. On the reverse, the condition is consistent with the aforementioned condition observed on the front. Two strips of yellow tape to the upper corners for paper consolidation.
