The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The poster is hinged to the backing board at the upper edge and undulates slightly. Artist's pinholes are to the upper corner-tips and minor wear is to the lower right corner-tip, with faint creasing. A few pinpoint nicks are to the right upper edge. A few very faint drying cracks are to some of the white impasto peaks to the upper right quadrant. A few fibrous accretions are to the lower left quadrant. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
