The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue sans cadre. L'œuvre est sur sa toile d'origine. La surface est très légèrement poussiéreuse. Les bords sont irréguliers. Les irrégularités de surface telles que les accrétions incrustées dans la résine, très légers soulèvements et traces de pliure, cassures et ondulation des collages, sont inhérentes à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold without a frame. The work is not lined. The surface is very slightly dusty. The edges are irregular. The irregularities to the surface such as the accretions incrusted in the resin, very slight liftings and folding marks, creases and undulations of the collages, are inherent to the artist’s working method. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
