The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to the catalogue entry:
- the full sheet
- in a raking light, a thick scuff running vertically through the bomb
- some polishing marks in the black (as is common) mainly visible in a raking light
- a small, pale foxspot at the lower right corner
- a few handling creases in the margin at the upper left corner and one in the lower margin to the right of the girl (only visible in a raking light)
- spots of museum wax(?) at the sheet edges in places on the reverse to the rear mount; the reverse of the sheet therefore not fully examined
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
Framed, with glass.
