The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The silver and wooden base both overall with some minor scuffs and scratches, the felt underside with some wear, the silver border possibly previously off with some minor glue residue where it meets the base, though now secured.
